Refund and Fraud Policy

This policy governs credit purchases, refund eligibility, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention for the AI Motion Control platform at ai-motioncontrol.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. How Credits Work

AI Motion Control operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed each time you generate a video. The number of credits consumed per generation depends on output resolution, duration, and processing complexity.

Current credit packs and their validity periods:

  • Free Trial — 10 credits, valid for 30 days (no purchase required)
  • Starter — 240 credits, valid for 30 days
  • Professional — 680 credits, valid for 60 days
  • Studio — 2,800 credits, valid for 90 days

Credits are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire at the end of their stated validity period. Expired credits are forfeited without refund.

2. Payments

All credit purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. By completing a purchase, you authorize the stated one-time charge to your payment method.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including on approved refunds. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction, which are your responsibility.

Billing disputes must be reported to us within 60 days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No detailed explanation is required. Credits delivered to your account are eligible for refund under this guarantee even if partially consumed.

To request a refund under the guarantee, email [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and typically take 5–10 business days.

Other refundable situations:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Confirmed unauthorized charge following identity verification
  • Verified technical failure that prevented you from accessing the Service

Non-refundable situations:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Credits that have expired due to the validity period ending
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations or fraudulent activity
  • Stripe processing fees
4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Given our 30-day money-back guarantee, the large majority of concerns can be resolved faster through direct contact than through a formal payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated after a refund has already been issued for the same transaction, you may be liable for any dispute fees charged by the payment processor.

Accounts with a history of chargeback abuse, or where chargebacks are filed without prior contact, may be suspended or permanently banned from the Service. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are filed in bad faith.

5. Fraud Prevention

We monitor the Service for fraudulent and abusive behavior. The following actions may result in immediate account suspension without refund:

  • Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the free trial
  • Using automated scripts or bots to generate content at scale without authorization
  • Sharing account credentials or attempting to sell access to the Service
  • Any other activity that circumvents our credit system or access controls

Suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities. We cooperate with payment processors and law enforcement in investigating fraudulent transactions.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or in-platform notice. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
